BURN-OFF OVEN
Burn-off ovens remove coatings by decomposing organic materials at high temperatures without oxygen. With controlled chambers and water suppression, they ensure precise coating removal while protecting components. This efficient method restores metal for reuse with minimal emissions .
Burn-Off ovens serve the purpose of safely removing unwanted coatings, such as liquid paint and powder coating, from metal components. It uses an environmentally friendly approach, incinerating coatings into fine ash at temperatures up to 650 - 800°F (depending on types of metals / aluminum) minimizing emissions and ensuring safe disposal.
The burn-off process is carefully controlled, taking four to five hours to gradually heat the components to optimal temperatures, ensuring both the base material and coatings are safely removed. This method is not only effective but also more cost-efficient and less labor-intensive than traditional techniques. Our oven boasts a part capacity of 9 feet in width, 13 feet in depth, and 11 feet in height, making it ideal for a wide range of cleaning needs.
