At D&K Powder Coating, our facility is engineered for high-volume industrial production, large-scale components, and oversized metal parts. Located in North Mankato, Minnesota, we serve manufacturers, fabricators, agricultural producers, and commercial clients across the Midwest and nationally.

MEDIA BLASTING
Surface preparation determines coating longevity. Our industrial media blasting booths remove rust, scale, old coatings, and contaminants to create an ideal surface profile for powder adhesion.

BURN-OFF OVEN
For stripping old coatings safely and efficiently, our burn-off ovens use controlled heating to convert coatings into fine ash while protecting the integrity of the base metal.
