Quality Technician
Responsible for inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role includes checking coating thickness, finish consistency, and documenting results.

Oven Operator
Manages the curing process by loading and unloading parts into industrial ovens, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring proper cure times for a durable, high-quality finish.

Wash Bay Technician
Prepares parts for coating by cleaning and running them through a multi-stage wash system. Ensures all surfaces are properly treated for optimal coating adhesion and performance.
​
Powder Coater
Applies powder coating to parts using spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and high-quality finishes. Maintains equipment and follows specifications for color, thickness, and appearance.
